About Us
Hi, we're Russel and Colleen
We're the makers behind Kreative Koala Design.
We started this business because we love creating things with our hands and seeing the joy those pieces bring into someone's home. Whether it's an interchangeable wagon or door sign that can shift with the seasons, a personalized tumbler, or something custom we dream up together, our goal is simple. Make decor and gifts that feel special and uniquely yours.
Outside the workshop
When we're not designing and crafting, you'll usually find us outdoors. We love camping under the stars, hopping on our bikes for a ride, and packing up the whole crew for a weekend getaway.
That crew includes our three little chihuahuas. Gracie, Willow, and Teddy travel with us just about everywhere. They're tiny, full of personality, and always ready for the next adventure (or a snack).
The best part of the job
One of our favorite parts of this journey is meeting people at shows and markets. There's something special about hearing the personal stories behind a custom order. A piece for a new home, a gift for someone special, or a little detail that means the world to a family.
Those conversations are what keep us inspired and remind us why we do this.
Come say hello
We're grateful you're here. If you have an idea, a story, or just want to say hello (and maybe meet the dogs if they're along for the ride), we'd love to hear from you.
Thanks for supporting our little family business. We're so glad you're part of the Kreative Koala journey.
